TPx has added Tanya Palmateer to its team of national channel managers.
Based in Phoenix, she will support TPx channel partners throughout the Southwest.
Palmateer has supported partners and their business clients for a decade. Prior to joining TPx, she spent five years at ShoreTel and rose through the ranks to become a partner business manager responsible for its Southwest territory.
“Tanya not only possesses the experience, skill set and business acumen required for the role, she brings the unwavering sponsorship of the partner community with her, and that made her a perfect choice for TPx,” said Mark Harris, director, channel partner program at TPx. “We’re thrilled to have her on our team, and know that she will be a proactive advocate for TPx partners and their clients in the Southwest.”
Palmateer will recruit new partners and support existing ones, working with them on technology selection, solution design and customer service. She also will ensure they have the training, tools and resources needed to succeed, as businesses increasingly migrate to cloud-based solutions and managed services.

TPx has aggressively expanded its national channel presence and now employs nearly three dozen channel managers across the country.
