10tw telecom inc. announced the launch of a Alerts Driven Dynamic Capacity real-time, automatic dedicated Ethernet bandwidth-on-demand capability. With the service, enterprises have the capability to pre-set bandwidth utilization thresholds, without human intervention, that automatically doubles or triples network Business Ethernet bandwidth when reached.

A new key component of tw telecom’s Intelligent Network, Alerts Driven Dynamic Capacity ties together tw telecom’s first two phases of its Intelligent Network portfolio, which increases the velocity at which enterprises buy and consume dedicated network services, and is an integral part of its future Constellation Platform vision, says the company.
