VOSS Solutions has released the VOSS-4-UC Version 17 for operational management of unified communications.
The framework can be tailored to specific business needs, without requiring extensive coding or alterations; it offers data and device models, configuration templates, orchestration workflows and IT integrations that can adapt to existing operational processes and integrate with back office systems.
The latest version of VOSS-4-UC, available via channel partners, provides UC management for Cisco UC and Skype for Business, as well as coordinated management for Cisco Spark. It offers improved reporting, data mining and troubleshooting from its previous versions of the platform, with VOSS Analytics.
