Master agent WTG has hired William Lombardo as senior regional channel manager in the East.
Lombardo comes to WTG as a 17+ year veteran in the telecommunications, data center and IT services industries, with a background facilitating, developing and supporting successful partnerships with agents, partners, value added resellers and managed service providers, the company said. He reports to VP of oales Operations, Julie Dzubay.
Dzubay said, “William’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made him a key addition to the WTG sales team. We are very fortunate that we were able to find someone of William’s caliber to fulfill this role as we decentralize our sales force.”
Prior to joining WTG, Lombardo was national director of channel sales at Allied Telecom Group. He is experienced with data/voice, infrastructure and collocation services including infrastructure as a service (IAAS), disaster recovery as a service (DRAAS), virtualization, and domestic and international network services and design.

Lombardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and real estate from the American University in Washington, D.C., and multiple certifications in VMWare, Veeam and Zerto.
