Zerto announced this week a cross-selling agreement with Microsoft, meaning Zerto sales teams and channel partners are incentivized to co-sell and cross-sell Zerto’s IT Resilience Platform and Microsoft Azure, aligning its enterprise sales motion with Microsoft sales teams.
Enterprise customers can realize significant savings with Zerto and Azure by eliminating redundant recovery data centers and hardware and automating their full environment recovery, the company says. With Zerto, Microsoft customers also benefit from a simple and quick way to adopt Azure and utilize their existing Microsoft Enterprise Agreements.
“Due to this new, symbiotic business relationship with Microsoft, we are now able to package Zerto and Microsoft Azure with combined services and support as a co-selling opportunity that will improve profits and cash flow for channel partners,” said Peter Kerr, Director of Global Alliances, Zerto. “Microsoft’s partners in the channel can now more easily benefit from Zerto’s technology and support, while Zerto’s channel partners benefit from easier access to Microsoft’s ecosystem, Azure technology and support.”
A Proven Azure Solution from a Reliable Partner
The Zerto IT Resilience Platform provides a world-class experience and is tested to work seamlessly with Azure services. Zerto’s platform is available in the Azure Marketplace for both Enterprise Agreement and Pay-As-You-Go customers.
Zerto has also recently earned a Microsoft Gold Partner status for Cloud.
Full Microsoft Azure-to-Azure Replication with Zerto’s IT Resilience Platform
Zerto’s latest platform release introduced bi-directional replication to and from Azure. The platform now supports replication between Azure regions. Supporting full replication between Azure regions and data centers offers customers a new level of IT resiliency by allowing them to continue to use the Zerto platform they are familiar with once they are fully transitioned into Azure as their primary environment.
Additionally, Zerto’s platform now supports several new Azure regions, including Azure Government, Germany and China.
Zerto Connects Production Azure Workloads to Other Public Clouds
Zerto’s latest platform release also introduces multi-cloud workload mobility and protection between Azure, AWS, IBM Cloud and more than 350 cloud service providers. This new feature set enables customers to choose one cloud provider as the primary “production” location; allowing failover into other cloud providers. With these new abilities, Zerto enables any IT organization to meet legal, compliance and business requirements demanding multi-cloud presence and multi-cloud IT resilience.
