Intelisys originally adopted Thinking Phone Networks into its portfolio last year, when it added ThinkingSuite to the product and service portfolio it offers to midsized and larger enterprise businesses. Now that Intelisys has decided to replace its own communications systems—including a first-generation, standalone hosted VoIP platform —it decided to tap Thinking Phone’s UC as a Service (UCaaS) solution.
“Intelisys is renowned for helping businesses make smart decisions about strategic technology services,” said C. Carl Moore, vice president of business development at Thinking Phone. “There are few things more rewarding than having a partner of such high caliber select our platform for their own deployment.”
Intelisys said that it chose the ThinkingSuite platform for its integrated communications and collaboration applications, including cloud IP PBX capabilities and a mobile client that connects employees wherever they are located.
In addition, Intelisys deployed ThinkingSuite’s point-to-point video, video conferencing, presence and softphone applications for both office-based staff and remote workers who use smartphones and tablets to access network services. The company also uses the ThinkingSuite contact center services to support its national network of business partners.
“We know what it takes to make a world-class cloud UC platform, and Thinking Phone Networks’ solution has exceeded our expectations,” said Andrew Pryfogle, Intelisys’ senior vice president and general manager of Cloud Services and Complex Bids. “We’re impressed not only with their breadth of capabilities, but also with how much easier it is for our employees to communicate using ThinkingSuite mobility and video applications as part of their everyday work lives.”
