TPx Selected by Kraft Group to Provide UC Solution

The Kraft Group has selected TPx to replace the voice infrastructure of Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots and the New England Revolution, with a state-of-the-art solution featuring TPx’s award-winning UCx unified communications suite. TPx will provide the secure, reliable and highly-customized voice communications required to meet the needs and standards of one of the world’s premier sports and entertainment venues. Everything from executive luxury suite communications to the ticket office and point-of-sale vendors in the stadium complex will be carried over TPx’s UCx.

“We’ve worked with the Kraft Group for three years to build the mutual understanding and trust needed to design a solution that meets their unique needs and carry their stadium operations forward in a world where the ability to instantly connect with fans and customers – 24/7/365 – is essential,” said David Zahn, senior vice president of marketing at TPx.

“The Kraft Group needed expandability and confidence in the reliability of their communications technology operations. The ability of TPx to manage a complex project of this scope and develop the deep relationships needed to support every step of the process was as important as the technology,” Zahn said.

“Our voice communications services and infrastructure is critically important to our daily operations across a diverse field of businesses,” said Pat Curley, vice president of information technology at the Kraft Group. “We have been very impressed throughout our experience with TPx and are confident in their services to ensure we continue to deliver world-class experiences to our customers and guests. We look forward to our partnership with TPx and enhancing our business operations through state-of-the-art communications infrastructure.”
