Wildix, a global provider of AI-powered UCaaS, recently appointed three members of its team to C-level leadership positions: Ludovico Mastrocinque as chief strategy officer (CSO), Jason Uslan as chief commercial officer (CCO) and Vitaliy Yarynych as chief operating officer (COO). The moves follow the company’s “most successful first half on record” and continue an expansion of leadership that aligns with the company’s channel-first strategy, officials said.
Mastrocinque joined Wildix last year after gaining nearly a decade of experience at Slack, LinkedIn and CoachHub. He’s credited with introducing the company’s first global objectives and key results (OKRs), building scalable operating frameworks and leading initiatives to strengthen revenue and operational efficiency. As CSO, Mastrocinque will look to drive growth across Wildix’s UCaaS portfolio while entering new markets, the company said.
Uslan also joined Wildix last year after more than a decade at RingCentral where he led sales teams in Europe and North America. As VP of sales, he expanded Wildix’s commercial model, improving consistency and scalability, officials said. As CCO, he’ll oversee all global revenue-generating functions for UCaaS, including partner acquisition, channel sales, pre‑sales engineering, customer success and support.
Yarynych came to Wildix in 2019 as chief information officer, where he helped modernize systems and lead digital transformation initiatives. He has more than two decades of international experience across technology, finance and telecommunications. As COO, he’ll oversee Wildix’s global business functions.
The company’s successful first half was attributed to the introduction of Wilma AI, Wildix’s proprietary agentic AI engine; the launch of its Sales Academy for channel partners; and accelerated adoption of x-bees and x-hoppers, Wildix’s vertical solutions.
“We’re investing in leadership that understands the power of the channel and puts people at the heart of digital transformation,” said Steve Osler, co-founder and CEO of Wildix. “These moves are about building something sustainable, together. We’re ready for what’s next, and we want our partners, customers and future collaborators to be part of it.”
