Tech advisory firm Bridgepointe Technologies has added Scott Van Essen, founder of OnDemand Inc., as a partner.
Van Essen has more than 30 years of experience in managed IT services, connectivity and communications. Founded in 2007, OnDemand is a digital-transformation solutions advisor serving more than 300 mid-market and enterprise customers across multiple industries nationwide, Bridgepointe officials said.

Van Essen and his team will gain access to expanded offerings, engineering expertise and account management resources from Bridgepointe, the company said.
