Crexendo, a provider of cloud communication platform software, UCaaS offerings and managed IT services, has added FaxBack, a specialist in secure cloud fax technology, to its Ecosystem Vendor Partner (EVP) Program. The partnership enables service providers to enhance their portfolios with cloud fax solutions to help customers transition from analog lines.
FaxBack’s hybrid approach allows providers to protect existing fax machine use while adding modern capabilities such as fax-to-email, email-to-fax and web faxing. The combination ensures compliance with standards like HIPAA and PCI and provides a scalable solution for small business to enterprise deployments, the company said.
