Crexendo, a provider of cloud communication platform software, UCaaS offerings and managed IT services, has added AI agent platform provider OneReach.ai to its Ecosystem Vendor Partner (EVP) program. The partnership will enable Crexendo platform licensees to offer AI agents as part of their software solutions to end-user customers.
The OneReach.ai Generative Studio X (GSX) platform comprises “a complete agent runtime environment that enables users to design, train, test, deploy, monitor, optimize and orchestrate AI agents at scale,” officials said. Agents can be trained and customized to enhance CX, boost employee productivity and streamline operations.
