With less than 30 days to go before CVxEXPO25 convenes Nov. 3-5 at the Marriott Renaissance Hotel & Conference Center in Glendale, Ariz., attendees and exhibitors can now download the show’s mobile app. The app is designed to be your show companion offering a trove of show-related information, tools and resources to help participants plan their activities during the event as well as connect with colleagues and vendors.
Available through Swoogo, the CVxEXPO25 mobile app is compatible with Android and Apple devices. Follow this link to download the “Attendee Mobile” app from either Google Play or Apple’s App Store. Once you download and open the app, simply enter a search for “CVxEXPO25” for the app to populate with all the show’s content. Be sure to log in using your show registration credentials to gain access to all information and functionality.

You can use the app’s Dashboard or hamburger menu to serve as your event home screen. There, you’ll find entry points to find and message other attendees, schedule meetings with other participants, view the CVxEXPO agenda, access the full education schedule with detailed session descriptions, bring up an interactive expo floor map, and get a rundown on the show’s distinguished presenters.
Among the app’s useful tools is the ability to favorite other attendees and chat directly from within the platform by following the Registrants link. Through the Meet menu item, you can also search for colleagues and request to set up meetings.
In addition, select the Floor Map menu item to bring up a fully searchable and interactive map of the expo show floor. Here, you can search directly for exhibitors by name, booth number or category as well as click on individual booths in the map to pinpoint their location, read company descriptions, find contact information, read and download marketing collateral, and more.
