Cybersecurity provider Barracuda Networks Inc. has enhanced its AI-powered BarracudeONE platform with new capabilities designed to help MSPs accelerate security across multi-tenant environments, simplify operations and scale growth. Changes include bulk remediation for email threats, professional services automation (PSA) integrations for automated billing and invoicing, and streamlined account management.

Barracuda Email Protection now enables MSPs to instantly remediate email threats across all customer environments with a single click to reduce threat exposure and minimize escalations, the company said.
In addition, BarracudaONE now integrates with six leading PSA platforms including Autotask by Datto, ConnectWise PSA, HaloPSA, Kaseya BMS, Pulseway PSA and Syncro. The integrations enable MSPs to automate billing and invoicing across multiple customer environments and are intended to eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors and accelerate revenue cycles, officials said.
BarracudaONE maximizes its threat protection and cyber resilience by unifying layered security defenses and delivering intelligent threat detection and response. The platform unifies Barracuda’s portfolio into a single, integrated experience. Thus, with embedded automation, natural language queries and intelligent reporting, MSPs can manage solutions, accounts, licenses and threat response across their customer base from one centralized dashboard, the company said.
The BarracudaONE enhancements are now available at no additional cost.
