CVxEXPO Wraps Up Another High-Value Event

CVxEXPO25 concluded last week to high praise from both attendees and exhibitors, marking a successful fourth annual event and first year at new host hotel, the Marriott Renaissance Resort and Convention Center, in the heart of the new Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale, Ariz.

“We received almost exclusively positive feedback and reviews from our exhibitors, attendees, sponsors and speakers, and that’s what’s most important,” said Berge Kaprelian, president and CEO Beka Business Media and publisher of ChannelVision Magazine, which produces the CVxEXPO channel partner conference.

The event kicked off with the Annual CVxEXPO Golf Opening, a nine-hole tournament sponsored by Telesystem. Held at Arizona’s premier private club, The Clubs at Arrowhead, the tournament hosted more than 70 golfers vying for bragging rights and cash prizes. This year’s prize winners were:

1st place team – David Nunn (Newbridge Business Solutions), Alex Nunn (Exclusive Networks), Joseph Jacoboni (NextGen Technologies LLC), Cody Appleby (Ignite-Tek Media Solutions LLC)

2nd place team – Jason Harris (DirectTV for Business), Allison Tolpa (BCN), Heather Wightman (BCN)

3rd place team – Ryan Beer (Bigleaf Networks), Jamie Boedecker (Global Telecom Solutions), and Kent Chi (AGS)

Closest to the Pin – Jason Harris (DirectTV for Business)
Longest Drive– Alex Nunn (Exclusive Networks)

The golf tournament was followed by the first of two days of 20+ concurrent educational sessions, launched by a standing-room only Kickoff Keynote from Telarus vice president of sales and channel luminary, Tim Basa. Served up with a complimentary lunch, Basa provided channel partners with trusted tools and tactics for boosting sales even in these somewhat turbulent times.

Highlights of Day Two’s educational content included a Breakfast Keynote by Fornix Marketing CEO Charlene Ignacio, who captivated a packed room with a no-fluff, hands-on presentation of how MSPs and technology advisors can take advantage of the hottest trends while navigating today’s budget challenges. And later in the day came the very entertaining and informative TSD All-Star Panel, in which moderator Glen Nelson of NHC hosted a discussion on how leading technology solution distributors can help technology advisors grow their businesses and build a roadmap for 2026. The esteemed TSD panel included Tim Allen of Bridgepointe Technologies, Tim Basa of Telarus, Chris Shubert of AppDirect and Ryan Yakos of Sandler Partners.

Sal Gonzalez of Wounded Warrior Project closed out the general sessions with an inspirational keynote and musical performance covering his story of courage, perseverance and recovery from a life-threatening injury suffered while serving his country. Sal combined humor, guitar and personal contemplation in his keynote and even performed a song from his upcoming EP.

Expo hall hours at CVxEXPO25 started with a ceremonial ribbon cutting by City of Glendale Mayor Jerry Weiers, who welcomed attendees to the Phoenix-area city and boasted about the many dining and entertainment options available at the nearby and rapidly growing Westgate Entertainment District.

In addition to the cutting-edge solutions found on the show flow, and opening and closing reception courtesy of our generous sponsors, attendees were also treated to the unique AI Demo Café, sponsored by Palomarr. Located in the Palomarr Pavilion directly on the show floor, the AI Demo Café provided showgoers with complimentary specialty coffees made to order while they watched demonstrations of the latest AI-infused CCaaS and CX solutions.

After the expo hall closed, the fun and excitement continued at our post-show, entertainment-based Partner Meetups. This year, CVxEXPO25 attendees put the pedal to the metal at nearby Andretti E-Kart Racing, courtesy C3 Complete, hit the links under the lights at Top Golf, courtesy of Lumen, and experienced the immersive and interactive lanes of the emerging activity Spark Duckpin Bowling, courtesy of ChannelVision Magazine.

CVx EXPO returns to Glendale, Ariz., and the Marriott Renaissance Resort and Convention Center on November 16-18, 2026. Until then, thanks to all who attended this year’s event, thanks to all our exhibitors and sponsors for their support, and we look forward to seeing you at CVxEXPO26.
