First Orion, Deutsche Telekom Launch Branded Calling in Germany

First Orion, a provider of branded calling solutions, has partnered with Deutsche Telekom to introduce branded calling services to enterprise customers across Germany. Through the initiative, Deutsche Telekom will offer First Orion’s branded calling solution to its business customers, enabling companies to display a verified brand identity on mobile devices when placing calls over Deutsche Telekom’s network.

The collaboration is intended to enhance trust in voice communications across the German market. First Orion’s INFORM Branded Calling solution is designed to help enterprises increase answer rates, enhance customer confidence and deliver more transparent call experiences, the company said.

“This milestone creates a strong foundation for expanding branded calling in Germany,” said Temim Nawaf Adwan, EMEA managing director at First Orion. “We look forward to helping German businesses strengthen customer trust and engagement through branded calling and setting a new benchmark for secure, transparent and more effective voice interactions.”

The branded calling solution is fully integrated into the Deutsche Telekom network, enabling enterprise customers to activate it through their existing business communication services. More than 70 million mobile subscribers across Germany have immediate access, with broader rollouts planned throughout the year, officials said. Deutsche Telekom has more than 261 million mobile customers, according to the company.
