Force Multiplier: How C3 Complete Empowers MSPs

MSPs are navigating a changing market in 2026, as organizations increasingly prioritize partners that can solve complex business challenges and drive growth. This shift is creating many new opportunities for MSPs to deliver value beyond break-fix support, from improving technology ROI to optimizing cloud spend and strengthening security posture.

C3 Complete has emerged as a key ally in this changing landscape, with a deep service portfolio that complements and extends MSP capabilities. C3 offers a full solutions stack capable of addressing virtually any customer challenge, and a long track record of success filling gaps in MSP portfolios.

“We allow our partners to say yes to almost any customer inquiry,” explained C3 CEO Rick Mancinelli. “Our partners don’t have to worry about managing vendors or infrastructure. We’ll take care of all the backend work, freeing them to focus on business growth.”

For the inside scoop, ChannelVision recently went behind the scenes at the company’s Delray Beach, Florida headquarters. Read on for a recap of C3’s recent wins, 2026 outlook, and award-winning culture that’s taking the company to new heights.

Recent Growth

Since launching as C3 Cloud in 2009, C3 Complete has evolved into a leading technology consultancy with a growing national and international footprint and loyal partner base. Today the company remains independently owned, and led by a highly experienced executive team.

In recent years, C3 Complete has expanded beyond Florida, adding key data center locations in Las Vegas and Cleveland and opening an office in Puerto Rico, enhancing their ability to support customers across multiple regions.

In 2025, C3 Complete extended its network and services portfolio into iM Critical’s state-of-the-art computing facility in Pittsburgh. Together, the two companies provide high bandwidth multi-carrier internet access, cloud connectivity and dedicated multi-path data center interconnects. Local companies can also access C3’s full information security services suite.

“Expanding into Pittsburgh was a significant achievement for our company,
Mancinelli said. “Pittsburgh is an exciting market, with a tremendous amount of technology innovation happening in areas like robotics, AI, and automation, among others. The region is attracting organizations, talent and investment, so we’re thrilled to have a presence there and to introduce our products and services to more partners and customers.”

In July, C3 announced another major milestone: a new NOC/SOC inside iM Critical’s strategic IT hub in the heart of Miami. The facility sits above the 100-year flood plain and outside hurricane evacuation zones, enabling C3 to offer full business continuity and disaster recovery to partners and customers while supporting sustainable, energy-efficient data center operations. The organization now plans to expand its SOC, and is actively scouting additional backup locations.

2026 Outlook

C3 Complete is entering 2026 from a position of strength, with the company growing at its own pace while selectively evaluating strategic acquisitions that align with its culture and partner needs. The company is also considering expanding into the Dallas-Fort Worth market in the year ahead, with the potential for additional sites to follow.

At the same time, C3 continues to support a wide range of verticals while sharpening its focus on highly regulated sectors like accounting, finance, insurance, healthcare and government. Demand in these industries continues to rise, as regulators tighten mandates and enforce rules like FCC Section 214.

“We are seeing a growing need for security, compliance and governance, especially from small MSP teams who are struggling to handle everything on their own,” Mancinelli said. “There’s a myriad of regulatory requirements that even smaller businesses are facing, which hasn’t always been the case. This year, our team will continue supporting these types of operations and providing guidance where and when it’s needed.”

C3 also focuses heavily on automation and orchestration in order to operate more efficiently and deliver solutions at a competitive price point.

“We believe in taking a human-first approach, and that extends all the way down into the SOC,” Mancinelli explained. “That said, we also leverage tools that enable us to work smarter and provide proactive maintenance. This was a big focus for our team in 2025, and something that we’ll look to build on even more in the year ahead.”

In the coming months, C3 also will continue to enhance its channel program, as it works with partners to think beyond immediate commissions and develop long-term, trusted partnerships that drive greater revenue. As Mancinelli explained, total percentage of company revenue coming from the channel is approaching 100 percent.

“We remain highly channel-focused,” Mancinelli said. “One of our main goals in 2026 will be to grow our partner program. We’re rolling out a new partner recruiting initiative, and we’ll continue to have quality conversations with MSPs and technology advisors around how we can capture more spend from their existing relationships.”

Putting People First

Much of C3’s success can be attributed to its award-winning culture, which has been a top priority for Mancinelli and his team since day one. In 2025, the South Florida Business Journal ranked C3 as the region’s Best Place to Work — a major achievement, considering the number of technology companies competing in South Florida. It was also C3’s first year in the Medium-Sized Company category. And once again, C3 made the Journal’s list of Fastest Growing Tech Companies, securing the number three spot for largest percentage growth.

All of this is evident when visiting C3’s main office, a modern tech hub located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach, Florida — a lively district packed with trendy bars, restaurants and shops and just a stone’s throw from nearby Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Rooted in this vibrant setting, C3 and its team have become an integral part of the local community and tech scene.

Step inside and you’ll find a workplace culture that’s just as energizing as the Miami nightlife: A collaborative, open environment where teams work closely across different departments — complete with office dogs who roam freely.

“A lot of companies today have to decide between growth and culture, and usually one comes at the expense of the other,” Mancinelli said. “We figured out how to do both. I think that that speaks a lot to the internal team and their unique capabilities. Culture is very important to this group, and something we take a lot of pride in.”

This environment is critical in the channel, where partners become a direct extension of your own team. C3 emphasizes work-life balance, team building and trust, which goes a long way when working with MSPs and their customers.

C3 recently demonstrated its commitment to culture following its 2024 acquisition of CSP TRACI.net. C3 was able to retain 100 percent of TRACI.net’s staff, while increasing their compensation across the board and adding benefits — creating a win-win for both companies.

The Race is On

As competition accelerates, MSPs can lean on C3 to strengthen their existing customer relationships and confidently pursue new business across multiple verticals.

“Just as our name suggests, C3’s mission is to complete our partners’ portfolios and position them for success,” Mancinelli said. “We can provide the services, support and expertise to uncover new opportunities, or take on deals that may initially seem too large or complicated. So if you’re looking to drive growth this year, C3 is standing by to help.”

Of course, the real race kicks off at end of the year when C3 returns to Glendale, Arizona as a Platinum Sponsor of CVxEXPO26 and host of the event’s annual e-kart race competition at Andretti Racing.

“We’re looking forward to returning to CVxEXPO in 2026,” Mancinelli concluded. “C3 is planning some exciting enhancements for our annual kart racing event, including a full-fledged elimination tournament. It’s a great opportunity for our partners to enjoy some friendly year-end competition and get a feel for C3’s culture and team.”
