NinjaOne has expanded its platform with NinjaOne IT Asset Management (ITAM), a solution that gives IT teams visibility and control across their entire IT environment by unifying endpoint and asset management. Built natively into the NinjaOne platform, ITAM is intended to help organizations extend the life of their assets, reduce costs, strengthen security and improve compliance by turning fragmented asset data into actionable insights, the company said.
“As IT environments grow and become more complex, organizations are struggling to track and manage hardware, software and connected systems across managed endpoints, unmanaged devices and offline assets,” the company said.
NinjaOne ITAM is designed to provide real-time visibility into hardware and software use as well as automate warranty tracking and license management to simplify budgeting and vendor management. In addition, the solution helps IT teams identify unmanaged and legacy devices, understand how they connect to the environment and take action to reduce hidden risk, officials said.
By maintaining an accurate, real-time record of every device, license and their dependencies, ITAM also provides documentation and insight intended to simplify audits and support regulatory and internal compliance standards.
