CompassMSP has announced the acquisition of SecureNet Solutions, a California-based managed IT services firm known for its expertise serving real estate, healthcare and professional services across the West Coast.
Under the leadership of founder Greg Patatian, the firm built a reputation for understanding not just infrastructure, but the day-to-day operational realities and compliance pressures that define these industries, and for delivering personal, high-touch service.

The acquisition strengthens CompassMSP’s presence across the West Coast, adding specialized vertical knowledge to the company’s existing cybersecurity, compliance and managed IT capabilities.
SecureNet clients will also gain access to CompassMSP’s national resources including 24/7 SOC monitoring, vCISO advisory, and compliance readiness across HIPAA, SOC 2, NIST, and other frameworks while continuing to work with the people and team they already know.
Greg Patatian will remain a key part of the organization, ensuring continuity for existing clients.
