Broadvoice Announces Promotions, Strengthens Channel Leadership

Broadvoice has announced three promotions to strengthen its channel leadership.

Yvette Corradini Bratt now leads technology services distributor relationships as director of TSD relationships, while Alissa Turcios succeeds her as channel manager for the West region. Emanuel Moreira has also been promoted to global vice president of sales engineering.

The promotions come as Broadvoice invests further in its channel through new partner rewards and incentives, along with expanded resources in its partner portal.

  • Yvette Corradini Bratt: Since joining in 2018, Bratt has expanded the company’s channel presence in the West, built strong partner relationships, and grown its reach across the region. She now brings that experience to Broadvoice’s relationships with technology services distributors.
  • Alissa Turcios: Promoted from partner sales manager, Turcios now leads partner relationships across the West. Her experience supporting partners gives her a strong understanding of the channel and how to move opportunities forward. She’ll build on the relationships Bratt has developed and continue Broadvoice’s momentum in the region.
  • Emanuel Moreira: Moreira is a highly technical leader and brings more than 14 years of international experience across technology, contact centers, product, consulting and commercial development. He now leads Broadvoice’s global sales engineering team, bringing his technical expertise to partner engagements worldwide.

“Being committed to the channel means investing in the people and programs that help our partners grow,” said Molly Lozano, channel chief at Broadvoice. “Yvette has spent years building Broadvoice’s presence in the West, and Alissa is ready to carry that work forward. I’m excited to see them deepen our partner relationships in these roles.”

“Emanuel brings a highly technical perspective and a deep understanding of the contact center industry,” added Sam Ghahremanpour, president of Broadvoice. “His leadership will help strengthen the expertise we bring to our partners around the world.”
