Omega Systems Launches Managed AI Suite

Omega Systems today announced a managed AI suite built to help healthcare and financial services organizations adopt AI, protect sensitive data and automate business workflows.

The suite brings industry-specific guidance to AI adoption and governance, helping customers address considerations such as HIPAA privacy and security requirements and SEC and FINRA recordkeeping obligations.

The suite extends Omega’s managed services approach across four connected areas of the AI journey:

  • Omega AI Ready evaluates Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments to uncover sensitive data exposure, excessive sharing, identity and access risks, governance gaps and connected AI applications. Customers receive an AI posture score, concrete findings, a prioritized remediation roadmap and a leadership briefing to inform decisions about new AI adoption or tools already in use.
  • Omega AI Workspaces helps organizations select, configure and manage AI platforms appropriate to their data and business requirements. Training, adoption guidance and visibility into usage and consumption help employees apply AI to everyday work while giving leaders greater oversight of their investment.
  • Omega AI Secure provides ongoing monitoring and management of AI security and the underlying data environment, supported by Omega’s 24×7 security operations (SOC) team. The service addresses unauthorized AI use, sensitive data exposure and changes in permissions and configurations, with logging and reporting to support customers’ compliance and audit requirements.
  • Omega AI Automate focuses on identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce repetitive work, improve handoffs and connect business processes. The approach starts with understanding the workflow and determining where AI, conventional automation or a combination can deliver meaningful value.

The services connect assessment findings to workspace configuration, adoption support to opportunities for workflow automation, and ongoing security monitoring to governance across the AI environment. Together, they provide a structured approach grounded in each customer’s data, workflows and obligations, whether the organization is evaluating AI or expanding its use.

The launch reinforces Omega’s direction as a MSP focused on AI and security for healthcare and financial services, combining its established security and compliance expertise with hands-on support to help customers put AI to work across their businesses.
