AGT, Teliris Team on Video-as-a-Service

Cloud-based, video-centric managed services provider Teliris is integrating Applied Global Technologies’ (AGT) video-as-a-service platform with Lentaris, which delivers endpoint management and interoperability for video on-demand (VOD). The integration enables Teliris to complement its existing offerings with video management and monitoring services for endpoints across a broad range of vendors.

“We found a true partner in Teliris,” said Mark Cray, executive vice president of global sales and marketing at AGT. “With a similar dedication to delivering flexible managed and cloud video services, we knew right away that our offerings would complement each other. Teliris already had a very solid solution in Lentaris, and we are happy to help them get ahead of the market with expanded video management and monitoring capabilities.”

Teliris is leveraging Fathom HD technology, a monitoring and management tool that ensures high-quality video and works with all major manufacturer equipment. The service also includes network certification, real-time alerts and reporting.

“Teliris looks forward to establishing a strong partnership with AGT to provide robust, end-to-end managed services,” said Jeff Tench, CEO of Teliris. “The Fathom HD technology allows us to enhance Lentaris-based cloud services offerings and enable greater real-time monitoring and management capabilities. Both AGT and Teliris are focused on making video easier to use and more reliable than ever before for our customers and partners to deliver an effective ROI and maximize the value of the enterprise video estate.”

Cray added, “Existing managed video providers like Teliris are discovering the benefits of our turnkey partner program, including a high-level of interoperability, no up-front capital investments and the ability to set their own pricing structure.”
