AireSpring has added eSign capabilities to its QuoteSpring proposal-creation and quoting tool for channel partners.
AireSpring has fully automated eSign capabilities within QuoteSpring to automatically generate and distribute eSignable order forms in real time, enabling channel partners to complete proposals for service in hours, not days.
Partners and customers can choose to take advantage of the optional feature to sign and submit order forms and proposals. At the same time, agents will retain the familiar quoting process they are accustomed to using. The goal is for there to be fewer delays resulting from poor handwriting, low-quality scans, skipped pages and other obstacles.
The eSign function is accessed under the “Quotes” tab on the AireSpring back office portal, agentStar, where agents can also download new rates and commissions.

The new eSign function is just the latest advance in QuoteSpring 4.0, designed to trim down the sales cycle and simplify the entire quoting process. QuoteSpring gives agents the ability to select from a wide array of connectivity options, partnered with AireSpring’s cloud communications solutions. It generates nationwide, multi-location quotes, and integrates with AireSpring’s database of lit buildings from competitive access providers, cable MSOs and national carriers, as well as the company’s own MPLS MESH network.
