AireSpring has launched AireBroadcast, a cloud-hosted voice broadcast messaging platform.
The automated message broadcasting service gives organizations the ability to manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and view reports in real-time for an accurate picture of current calls. Voice messages can be recorded in common WAV or MP3 formats and broadcast to contact lists, while ensuring proper compliance and recording.
AireBroadcast has multiple use cases, including political campaigns and polling; marketing and promotions; reverse 911 and emergency messaging; automated surveys; customer and employee notifications; and church and school announcements.
AireBroadcast can be deployed either as a standalone service or alongside the AireContact cloud-based contact center platform, which offers inbound, outbound and blended hosted contact center services across all channels of communications, including integration with social media platforms and a dialer feature. Also, the addition of AireSprings rate per minute bundle plans offer pricing for both call centers and small operators.
