ANPI has added full fax functionality to its IP lineup, which works seamlessly with its hosted unified communications (UC) solution, ANPI VIP. Faxing is still a critical piece of many small business environments, particularly in fields like law or medicine where regulatory requirements demand secure and verifiable transmissions of documents.
Available via channel partners as both a completely cloud-based service and as a fax line connected to a fax machine, both solutions offer unlimited faxing of an unlimited number of pages to anywhere in the U.S. ANPI Hosted Fax is the cloud-based fax solution that lets individuals send and receive faxes through their private ANPI VIP account without the need for hardware or fax machines. All faxes are stored, accessed and managed within the ANPI VIP Customer Administrator Portal, or users have the option of having faxes delivered directly to their email. ANPI Fax Line works with a traditional fax machine or a “company” fax through the use of a Smart ATA device. With both solutions, users are able to transfer or port existing fax numbers at no cost.
