ANPI Enhances Interface for Managing Call Routing for Hosted UC

ANPI has announced a new interface for managing advanced call routing capabilities within its ANPI VIP hosted unified communications solution.

Within the ANPI VIP Customer Administration Portal, there is now a dedicated area for creating schedules for calls coming into auto attendants, hunt groups and call center queues. Users can define various business schedules – including business hours, after hours and holiday schedules – and all schedules can now be universally used throughout the system. There are also new rules that give users greater flexibility in call routing.
