ANPI Launches New Channel Program, New Channel Team

ANPI announced the launch of the ANPI Premier Program (APP) to support VARs and agents in selling the Business Solutions Division product offering. With each successful sale, the program pays a bonus or SPIFF and provides monthly recurring revenue in the form of sales commissions.

APP has been designed to support VARs and Agents by providing a comprehensive onboarding process, dedicated sales support, online quoting tools and account management portal, says the company. The inaugural team of Channel Managers is led by Chad Krantz and includes proven Channel Managers Suzanne Condon, Stephen Hendler, Tom Jeffries, Ed Kane, Mike Sargenti and Judy Wagner who will be responsible for working with members of APP to generate new revenue as well as introduce ANPI SIP trunking and future services under development.

Regarding the new program, Don Kinison, vice president of business sales shared, “At ANPI we are continuously improving our ability to ‘Collaborate, Innovate and Deliver’ our employees and partners endeavor daily to meet the challenges of our industry. ANPI is recruiting members for the APP nationwide as the ANPI product offering can be sold anywhere in the contiguous United States. The six initial channel managers have been hired in each region of the country to localize support for the APP members. Additional channel mangers will be added to ensure coverage and support for the indirect channel remains responsive to their needs.

Following is information and background on the ANPI channel team:

Chad Krantz joins ANPI as national channel director where he will utilize his expertise in optimizing sales team development and assessing potential sales opportunities to effectively manage the company’s new channel program. Krantz will direct a national team of channel managers as ANPI endeavors to address the broader needs of the business marketplace, including communications, collaboration, connectivity, business continuity and security Throughout his accomplished sales management career Krantz has consistently exceeded sales goals and earlier positions include executive director of channel sales at Broadvox, director of sales for Carrier Services LLC and district sales director with NuVox Communications.

Ed Kane is southeast region channel manager for the business solutions division. In this new role Kane will be focused on driving revenue by establishing relationships with prospective customers through our indirect partnerships. Kane has over 16 years of solution sales experience with companies such as Telephony Partners, Metro PCS, MCI and Qwest Communications and after serving in the U.S. Air Force where he functioned as an information systems manager.

Thomas Jeffries joins ANPI as south region channel manager where he will apply his expertise of identifying and pursuing potential customers through indirect partnerships. Jeffries most recently held the position of director of channel sales for Broadvox, LLC. His experience consists of more than 20 years of proven success in business development and channel sales centered for Internet and communications products. Excelling throughout his career in providing technical solutions to drive revenue, his previous positions include director of agent sales at Intelliverse Communications and senior carrier sales manager at XO Communications.

Michael Sargenti joins ANPI as northeast region channel manager where he will promote the value of ANPI’s products and identify new business opportunities for ANPI in the Northeast. A 20-year veteran of business development, Sargenti was most recently the director of fiber sales at First Communications in New York. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in political science from Hunter College in New York.

Stephen Hendler is central region channel manager. In this role Hendler will work to establish new business relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses through ANPI’s indirect partnerships in the Central United States. Hendler has over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry including XO Communications, MCI and Qwest Communications. At XO Communications Mr. Hendler managed a team of over 400 sub-agents for the largest U.S. telecom agent and has exhibited sales expertise throughout his career by consistently growing revenue.

Suzanne Condon is west region channel manager. In this role Condon will build new business relationships with small-to-medium sized businesses through indirect partnerships. Condon has successfully sold voice and data solutions for over 19 years. Prior to joining ANPI, Ms. Condon’s previous positions include director of channel sales at Broadvox, channel manager at CBeyond and account manager of indirect sales at Sprint-Nextel Communications.
