AppDirect’s Small Business Software Trends Report 2021 shows 45 percent of small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) state that most or all of their business software is based in the cloud. This is in stark contrast to 2017, where only 24 percent said the same.
The research also found 44 percent of SMBs were likely to turn to technology advisors for help with their digital transformation process.
