AVANT Adds NETRIO’s NOC-as-a-Service to Channel Portfolio

AVANT Communications will offer NETRIO’s Network Operations Center as a Service (NOCaaS) service via its channel partners.

NETRIO’s suite of outsourced NOC capabilities includes network monitoring and remediation, a variety of help desk services, NOC tools and ticketing systems.

NETRIO’s solution is service provider-, platform- and equipment-agnostic, enabling AVANT’s partners to include NETRIO with preferred technology providers. AVANT partners can offer NETRIO’s NOCaaS either direct to the customer (branded as NETRIO) or as a white-labeled solution (branded by the partner).

“Adding NETRIO to our portfolio was a logical step for us,” said Shane McNamara, AVANT’s executive vice president of channel sales, East. “NOCaaS is an enhanced capability that our partners want. It helps them better serve their customers, drive revenue and reduce admin overhead..

NETRIO has  been the outsourced NOC partner for dozens of mid-sized service providers as well as some large-scale service providers over the past 17 years.

“Our team of tenured and highly trained NOC technicians offer a wealth of experience managing across all providers and a range of  systems,” said NETRIO CEO Shane Hanes. “We’re well-equipped to support UCaaS and SD-WAN solutions, combined with a multi-vendor network design.
