Avaya Joins PlanetOne’s Preferred Provider Program

Avaya, a leader in solutions to enhance and simplify communications and collaboration, has joined PlanetOne’s Preferred Provider Program.


The Scottsdale, Arizona-based PlanetOne is an IT channel’s business partner for identifying and delivering cloud-based and connectivity solutions to small and midsize businesses and enterprises.


As a new Avaya Master Agent in the United States, PlanetOne will offer its agents and solution provider partners access to Avaya Cloud Office by RingCentral, an all-in-one cloud UCaaS solution, and Avaya OneCloud CCaaS contact center solutions.
