Technology service provider BCM One has announced the appointment of Douglas Fechter as CFO and Paula Como Kauth as senior director of marketing.
Fechter is an international finance executive with more than 25 years of experience. He has held executive positions at various companies including as CFO at watchmaker Bulova, SFERRA Fine Linens, and medical device companies Palyon Medical and Paradigm Spine.
Fechter is focused on supporting the profitable growth of BCM One by overseeing accounting, collections, billing and revenue assurance.
Como Kauth will develop BCM One’s overall marketing strategy, including marketing communications, digital marketing, product marketing and public relations. The goal is to drive and support sales growth for both direct enterprise sales and channel sales.
She joins BCM One from Transbeam, where she played an instrumental role in building a marketing department from the ground up, focused on new customer wins and partner recruitment. Como Kauth has also held marketing management roles at UNSi, AT&T Business and Qwest Communications.
