BCN is launching a Partner Excellence Program as a key component to the company’s “Experience” initiative. The program will recognize and reward the efforts and loyalty of sales partners as they grow and prosper within the BCN community.
With six tiers of achievement, sales partners will be acknowledged based on a variety of criteria which will be assessed quarterly with new partners recognized, or advancing tiers. Upon achieving one of the six tiers, sales partners will be acknowledged with customized awards, social media recognition, and more.
