BCN Telecom has released an enhanced agent and customer portal, with new features and improved navigation.
The application, designed in partnership with Precision Telecom Technologies, includes several modular upgrades. For instance, a Home Dashboard provides an account snapshot, the latest news and quick links to help the agent and customer access their most commonly used features. Profile Management allows agents and customers the ability to update account information. Billing and Payments provides agents and customers with invoice and accounting information.
Also, Service Locations, Product, Orders and Tickets allow agents and customers a view into these account components, flexible reporting options give agents and clients the ability to define and deliver various reports, and customization options let agents and customers define external links, customized styles and social media links.
