Bicom Systems has announced version 5.2.of gloCOM.
Version 5.1 introduced Skype for Business to the Bicom platform, and version 5.2 has new features that will significantly help not only customers but also partners.
These features include:
Communicator Branding (Bicom Release Manager)
Bicom Systems offers white label products to resellers who want to rebrand their products. Branding is extremely important for resellers to establish themselves against customers. Bicom Systems realizes this and wants to ensure their partners’ customers will not go directly to manufacturers for their telecommunications needs.
New Languages for GUI
gloCOM has always been offered in English. In the newest update of gloCOM 5.2, French and Italian have been added to the list of available languages. This gives customers and partners of Bicom Systems the ability to expand their target market.
Greater Agent Visibility
With gloCOM 5.2, users can now see why and when an agent pauses their calls. By hovering over an agents name, a tool-tip will appear with the status and explanation of the agent’s status. This feature not only benefits supervisors, but also other coworkers by ensuring breaks are not being abused and collaboration is easily attainable.
Bicom developers are already looking ahead to gloCOM 5.3, which will include new features like Dialer and Sennheiser Support. More information is expected soon.
