Birch Introduces Call Monitoring and Recording

Birch Communications has introduced call monitoring and recording to its TotalCloud PBX feature portfolio, available via channel partners.

Birch has worked in collaboration with CTI Group to let business customers monitor, record and store both inbound and outbound calls over hosted IP PBX networks.

Birch is growing its portfolio to align with the needs of businesses focused on regulatory compliance, quality control and productivity, thus reducing their business risk and liabilities. With these additions, TotalCloud PBX administrators have a Web-based dashboard where they can control recording at-will, monitor calls, review call detail records, access call recordings and notate recordings for better efficiencies.
