Birch Communications has introduced a cloud phone product expressly designed for small businesses, TotalCloud Voice Essentials.
Designed to fit the needs of small businesses with just a few phone lines, TotalCloud Voice Essentials offers the premium features of a top-of-the-line phone system without upfront investment and ongoing maintenance costs. It’s plug and play, the company said, and also includes unlimited local and long distance calling.
Birch equips the customer with a base station and a Panasonic wireless SIP phones for each line. Additional cordless and desktop phones can be added, and these phones all connect wirelessly to the base station, enabling business owners to place phones where they are needed – regardless of where the wiring is available. In addition, advanced features such as scheduled call forwarding can easily be configured and customized via the BirchConnect online portal.
