Channel-oriented billing and revenue management provider BlueOSS has rebranded as BluLogix to better reflect its core competencies.
BluLogix will continue to strategically service customers with their billing and revenue needs, supported by its expanded product portfolio that now includes business intelligence and analytics, cloud revenue service management, and integration with third-party customer relationship management (CRM) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms.
“For us, re-branding as BluLogix was the next logical step in our company’s growth trajectory,” said Tim Cook, BluLogix CEO. “We embrace our roots as a carrier-class BSS/OSS platform, which enabled us to significantly grow since our inception; however, we have uniquely expanded our service products and solutions since. With an increased focus on service automation, third-party integration and business intelligence and analytics, BluLogix is targeting cloud revenue management with an eye to cost reconciliation, billing and charging discrepancies, and revenue assurance.
