Broadvoice | GoContact, a provider of AI-powered CX technology, has appointed Molly Lozano as channel chief. Lozano will lead the company’s North American channel strategy with a focus on partner enablement, strategic alliances and scalable value through Broadvoice’s contact center and unified communications solutions.
Lozano has more than two decades of experience in partner relationships across startups and global enterprises, the company said.
“My vision is a channel that feels personal but performs powerfully,” said Lozano. “I want partners to feel genuinely connected and supported, not just with tools and resources, but through meaningful relationships.”
Under Lozano’s leadership, the channel organization will strive to simplify channel engagement, improve speed to value and empower partners with strategies and support, the company said.
