Telecom provider BullsEye has named Douglas Black as vice president of operations.
With nearly 25 years of experience in the telecom and tech industries, Black’s new role will focus on operational and performance-driven improvement. Working closely with both the deployment and provisioning departments, he will be tasked with cultivating greater internal synergies while streamlining internal processes across the board.
Previously, Black held leadership roles for Grid4 Communications, LDMI Telecommunications (currently Windstream Communications), US Xchange (currently One Communications) and Vertical Communications.
Black is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute.
