BullsEye to Provide Telecom Services for Blood Systems

BullsEye has been selected to provide telecommunications services for Blood Systems, one of the nation’s largest transfusion organizations.

The partnership between the companies began in 2017 and includes traditional POTS phone services as well as broadband.

“Before BullsEye, we had so many service providers; it was difficult to effectively manage our communications solutions and know who to contact with issues,” said Jorge Gaytan, Supervisor, IT Telecommunication Engineering, Blood Systems. “In addition to high-quality communications solutions, BullsEye’s single-point customer service and comprehensive training programs have armed our team at each of our facilities with the tools they need to quickly and efficiently resolve issues and communicate across the company and with our customers.”

BullsEye’s expertise in multi-location telecommunications has allowed Blood Systems to consolidate its invoices and points of contact, contain costs, optimize performance and streamline processes. As part of the partnership, BullsEye has provided a training program, ongoing customer service, and weekly meetings to ensure a smooth transition to the new services.

“We are thrilled to work with Blood Systems. Through collaboration, we identified the ideal services and successfully managed the transition across the business,” said Mark Sondergaard, National Director of Channel Sales at BullsEye Telecom. “We are committed to helping our customers streamline and optimize their telecom solutions, ultimately driving efficiency improvements, cost savings and improved communications.”
