Cloud Computing Concepts (C3) has appointed Kelley Allen to the role of CTO.
Allen most recently served as C3’s vice president of engineering, and prior to that, held executive leadership roles with several financial technology providers. His broad experience includes working directly with some of the most influential investment and financial institutions in the world including Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo and Merrill Lynch.

As C3’s CTO, Allen will assume responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all platform, implementation and support related areas of the company. Additionally, he will lend his expertise to other areas, including regulatory compliance, sales engineering and product/service development.
