CallTower Announces Extended Response Program

CallTower has announced an extension to its no-risk UCaaS and collaboration Response Program, enhanced with cloud contact center in an effort to confront potential economic downturn.

Solutions include Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, Native Skype for Business, Cisco HCS, Webex Teams, Webex Meetings, CT Cloud Voice and CT Cloud Meeting powered by Zoom and Cloud Contact Center options.

The enhanced program offers 90 days of free service, an additional 90 days after activation to turn up and turn down users as needed, and free cancellation of services within the first 90 days following activation.
