CallTower – a company that delivers UC, contact center and collaboration solutions including Teams, Webex and Zoom – appointed Pedro Dias, Sean Blackmore and Rick Sellers as sales directors and Giggsy Jayaweera as sales operations manager, all for the EMEA region and reporting to VP of EMEA sales, Paul Holden.
Dias brings expertise from BroadSoft, Cisco and Akixi. His strategic initiatives and client relationships align with CallTower’s values and are expected to drive growth and partnerships in EMEA, leading Cisco-based initiatives.
Blackmore, an experienced professional in channel partnerships and technology, will lead CallTower’s Microsoft practice and complementary partnerships, including Solgari.
Sellers will lead the ZOOM team. With a background in technical and sales roles, his diverse experience spans the U.S. and Asia.
Finally, Jayaweera brings experience in operational efficiency and productivity to help improve selling time. He will work closely with the EMEA Sales Team while also working with existing domestic sales operations, as CallTower scales globally.
