Commerce Consulting Corporation (CCC), the umbrella organization for master agent WTG and energy management specialist Energent, has promoted Jay Rubin to COO.
Rubin previously held the title of chief of staff/senior vice president of the project office. He will continue to report to CEO Vince Bradley in his new role.
“Jay’s addition to our leadership team over the past five years has been key to driving CCC’s growth and direction,” said Bradley. “I look forward to working with Jay to continue to raise the ocean for WTG and the channel.”
In his role as COO for CCC, Rubin, will own all major projects for the company including but not limited to, employee success, HR, project management, facilities and corporate development. He also will continue to be a member of the executive leadership team focused on driving CCC’s strategic direction and future growth.
Rubin joined CCC in 2008 and has served in a variety of management roles, including vice president of project management. Prior to joining CCC, Rubin held business unit management and project management roles at Lionbridge Technologies and Countrywide Bank. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from California State University, Northridge.
