Cleo, which is known as the provider of the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform, enhanced its lineup of prebuilt B2B integration solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
Cleo recently announced availability for its out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics SCM and Dynamics Business Central (BC) connector solutions, in Microsoft AppSource. These solutions provide improved time-to-market for customers looking to integrate B2B supply chain transactions directly into their Dynamics ERP. The solutions accelerate EDI connectivity with trading partners, including retailers, wholesalers and 3PL providers, along with D2C channels such as Shopify and Amazon.
By utilizing a proven solution that has been vetted by Microsoft, organizations get confidence these Cleo solutions will drive automation, supply chain expansion, cost savings and revenue growth initiatives.
On the heels of inclusion in Microsoft AppSource, Cleo is now announcing it has enhanced these solutions with more prebuilt end-to-end integration solutions that are required for seamless supply chain execution. Specifically, the most critical EDI transaction flows can directly be integrated into the Dynamics environment, out-of-the-box with no coding required.
Organizations can now deploy several automated business processes with complete drill-down visibility:
- Order automation – order intake and acknowledgments
- Invoice processing – sending, receiving and advice information
- Order change management – change requests or updates to sales orders
- Warehouse, inventory and fulfillment management – shipping, stock transfer and inventory inquiry / advice
What’s more, Cleo’s connectors do far more than just EDI. By enhancing these connectors’ ability to build out any integration workflow with Dynamics, Cleo is now specifically enabling out-of-the-box integrations for a myriad of other business processes as well.
The new Dynamics 365 integration solutions are available to customers through Cleo’s flexible service models, including self-service, managed services or a blend of the two. This allows complete flexibility as to how customers deploy and operate EDI transactions with their Dynamics environments.
“We are excited to exhibit at DynamicsCon Live 2024 because demand for supply chain convergence is upon us – and companies desperately need help to improve B2B supply chain execution through direct EDI-to-ERP automation,” said Mahesh Rajasekharan, the president and CEO of Cleo. “With these latest enhancements from Cleo, any company using a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP can deploy B2B integration flows quickly and effortlessly, ensuring they keep pace with today’s rapidly changing global business environment.”
Microsoft has worked to accommodate customers’ increased expectations of agility in business operations by helping IT leaders act with profound urgency in migrating legacy on-premise ERP technology to the cloud. Most IT leaders also understand that implementing an ERP solution requires a robust B2B integration platform that supports both EDI and API capabilities to deliver successful end-to-end outcomes with their ecosystem. Unfortunately, cloud integration solutions have fallen short – until now.
“The B2B integration market has lacked innovation for the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem for years,” Rajasekharan continued. “Cleo is changing that by providing end-to-end, automated B2B integration solutions that give Dynamics customers the flexibility to deploy on their own or outsource to our dedicated team of B2B integration experts. We look forward to helping organizations streamline their supply chains in an ever-competitive market.”
