Cognizant announced it will acquire AustinCSI, a digital transformation consultancy that specializes in enterprise cloud and data analytics advisory services. The acquisition complements Cognizant’s technology prowess and vertical industry expertise for delivering comprehensive digital strategies and innovative solutions.

The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to satisfaction of closing conditions. Financial details were not disclosed.
