Comcast Ranked a Top Workplace for Women by Fortune Magazine

Comcast NBCUniversal was recognized for the fifth consecutive year as one of the “top workplaces for women,” ranking 11th out of 75 companies on Fortune Magazine’s annual list for 2021. This ranking is determined by Fortune and people analytics firm Great Place to Work, and analyzed anonymous survey feedback representing over 5.6 million U.S. employees.

“Comcast NBCUniversal believes in creating spaces where our employees can feel valued and supported,” noted the company in a statement. “Through our Women’s Network employee resource group, employees are given the opportunity to connect, empower one another, and advance their careers through professional growth opportunities. Our Women’s Network at Comcast NBCUniversal is made up of nearly 21,000 members across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky, from all levels of the organization. This is just one of the many benefits provided to employees to help them thrive in the workplace.”

The award follows other recognitions in 2021, including “Best Workplaces for Innovators” (Fast Company), “Most Admired Companies” (Fortune) and “Top Companies” (LinkedIn).

Comcast NBCUniversal rose 10 spots from its 2020 ranking.
