MSP software company ConnectWise launched Sidekick for Security. This AI-powered digital assistant elevates cybersecurity measures to allow MSP owners and technicians to query using natural language prompts, thus more quickly understanding overall security posture and identifying high-priority security areas on which to focus.

The aim is to make every organizational role more efficient, from technician to service manager, sales and marketing and owners.
