CoreDial Integrates ConnectWise Manage into SwitchConnex

CoreDial LLC has announced that it will offer an integration to ConnectWise Manage through its flagship SwitchConnex platform. This allows CoreDial partners to leverage the customer relationship management (CRM) abilities of ConnectWise Manage professional services automation software used by managed service providers (MSPs) in the telecom and IT support industries.

CoreDial has automated the exchange of data for customers, orders, invoices and products. Partners that do not use SwitchConnex for quote-to-cash services can leverage the ConnectWise integration for quoting and billing instead. Partners can send billing and usage details to ConnectWise to unify and present their unified communications (UC) and non-UC services on a single invoice.

“CoreDial is dedicated to fueling the success of its partner community. It made sense to integrate software that many of our partners are already using into SwitchConnex to further streamline the quoting and invoicing processes,” said Caitlin Clark-Zigmond, vice president of product management at CoreDial. “By saving our partners valuable time and taking worry out of backend processes, our partners can focus their attention on giving their customers the valuable services they need on a daily basis.”
