CoreDial LLC is partnering with VeloCloud to offer software-defined WAN (SD-WAN) capabilities to its channel partners and their customers.
Partners can leverage internet and hybrid WAN solutions.
“To be able to guarantee a certain quality of service for our customers is absolutely key. In rural locations where telecom infrastructure is limited and upgrades are rare, it can be difficult to guarantee the speed and reliability of calls,” said Bryan Torres, technical support engineer at CoreDial partner New Call Enterprises. “CoreDial presents us with more solution options for our customers by offering over-the-top, MPLS and now SD-WAN. Having all three options significantly boosts our ability to deploy high-quality VoIP networks and seamlessly manage the performance of those connections.”
Many enterprises today are not one-location businesses; they have multiple sites that have to be networked together. SD-WAN capabilities allow partners to more effectively and reliably allow those sites to communicate with one another while monitoring performance across all internet-connected WAN connections. The nature of the software-defined connection allows for immediate response to network issues without any service interruption, so calls are clear and seamless regardless of link failure or jitter.
CoreDial partners also gain the following features:
- Application Recognition and Smart Business Policies: Full visibility into WAN traffic and network characteristics that may impact UC applications;
- Dynamic Application Steering: Ability to steer UC traffic packet-by-packet while keeping consistent performance over any type of connectivity, including broadband or hybrid WAN;
- On-Demand Link Conditioning: Full-packet replication to reduce the effects of packet loss or jitter.
“CoreDial is committed to enabling our partner community to sell more services to more customers, and the latest platform enhancements will significantly expand those sales opportunities,” said Don Nawrocki, CTO, CoreDial. “Reliability and quality of service are the pinnacle of the communication services that our partners deliver. The addition of SD-WAN to our product offering will allow our partners to increase network performance in more business environments than ever before while decreasing network costs and boosting revenue. That’s a win for us, our partners and their customers.”
