Cox Communications Promotes Two New Executive Vice Presidents

Cox Communications announced the promotion of SVPs Jeff Breaux and Colleen Langner to EVP positions. Both will report directly to incoming President, Mark Greatrex. Greatrex will succeed the retiring Pat Esser at year’s end.

Breaux will officially serve as EVP, Cox Business, leading strategy for the B2B division. The executive has also held leadership positions with Sprint and Bell Communications Research; he is also a member of Cox’s National Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Langner, meanwhile, succeeds Greatrex as EVP and Chief Marketing and Sales Officer. The 26-year Cox veteran is also a Director for iNDemand and Adaptive Spirit, as well as the former Chair of the Cable & Telecommunications Association for Marketing Cable, the Georgia State Marketing Round Table, CTAM West, the California Cable Television Association. She is also the former President of the Los Angeles Cable Co-op.
